What are my chances?

Id like to know what my chances are for getting into a decent Graphic Design course.

This is my situation. Currently im studying an art foundation course at Stockport college specializing in Visual Communications. This is after a year of Chinese in Shanghai which was me escaping from going to University. A levels I have completely messed up. I have a D in Biology, I took Science and Maths as parental pressure got the best of me to do Chinese Medicine which was why i initially fled to China. GCSEs i have 7 As and 2Bs in a broad range of subjects.

I really like the sound of the BA in Graphic and Media Design at London College of Communications. Am i being completely ridiculous in thinking I even have a chance?

what can i do to help me be considered?

any opinions or advice would be appreciated.

thanks

So your on a foundation degree course right now?

When you finish you will be able to study a one year top-up and achieve a BA degree.

Most uni's are unlikely to turn you down unless it's a very prestigious one.

Don't worry about your GCSE and A-Level grades, as long as you've got a foundation degree, that should be enough.

its a level 3 diploma... but called an art foundation. Its basically the equivalent of 2 a levels and i get the impression most students interested in design take something like this and also have decent A levels.
