nice...i think i will try to memorize them. i'm such a retard when it comes to talking with the client about these things...Usually I'm a bit too harsh and forward-which doesn't fulfill their needs. I was never a hand-holder and i'm not used to it, so these write-ups help me a ton! THANKS |
