1. Cut out the object you want to give a glow to. 2. Paste it on a new layer. 3. Duplicate it. 4. Lock the duplicate layer. 5. Select the foreground colour you want the glow to be. 6. Hit Alt/Backspace to colour the object. Unlock the layer. 7. Move the coloured object layer below the normal looking cutout. 8. Make sure the layer is active and use Gaussian blur to produce a glow effect. 9. Change opacity until the glow looks OK. 10. Voilà! My free fonts www.utfi.net
