Hi, I'm looking for the best colour markers for rendering on paper. Also, what is the best paper to use?

Oh, and the best/cheapest place to get them in the UK would be great too!

Letraset Pantone Tria markers. No idea where the cheapest place is.

Magic Markers (cheaper & more widely available) + a low absorbative paper to reduce bleed - you can by marker paper from most well equipped stationers.

I use Prismacolor markers and bristol paper.The cheapest place to get them would be dickblick.com

I'm in the UK so I can't really order from anywhere outside here. I don't think the reductions would be big enough to justify the cost, thanks anyway though.

By far the best markers are the Tria range (as already suggested). They are slightly more expensive, but they can be re-filled which is good if you're looking to 'invest' in them.

The London Graphic Centre near Covent Garden has a good range, as does Paperchase in Tottenham Court Road. I think both of these companies offer mail order.
