i think number 2 is quite nice, but there's something about the combination of real textures and photoshopy stuff that i'm not keen on.
i would like to see number 2 constructed entirely away from photoshop.
print out each different layer and cut them out and set it up as you have done, but in real forms.
not tooting my own horn but something like this would like very nice.

number 3 is well done but a bit too like everything else at the moment. vectors are booooring.

good work though!

stop fucking tooting your own horn andy. Agree with you though, the combination of real texture and photoshopping doesn't quite manage it here. Simplify it, too many different elements.

well out of those three, the middle one but you need to sort out your type... cause its crap!!.. also i'm not really that keen on any of them. I think you should keep working on the integration of concept to materials

I really like number 2 (apart from the typography).... horses for courses and all that.

#3 is my personal preference.
Regarding using real textures with Photoshop illustration, I'd try knocking the opacity back a tad to carry through some of the texture.
