Illustrator CS: Retaining a Mesh Object's outlines
Hi all, Whenever I select a shape and make a mesh object out of it, it loses its outlines and there is no way to retain them (apparently). The only workaround seems to be duplicating the object, deleting the copy's fill and then superimpose this copy to the original one. Any ideas for a better way to do this? Cheers |

That is exactly what I meant and yes, I reckon it's the only way to do it. It just seems a messy workaround to me.. being bound to have double the shapes.. not very tidy imho. Oh well, let's write a letter to Adobe.. Thanks for your thoughts anyway, much appreciated. |
