74 grand for a 4 bedroom house aswell, wouldnt have a clue how much a bit of land would cost though.

I saw one exactly like that on Grand Designs. It looked a bit odd though built in the middle of a terrace street in London.

It looks pretty cool. But if I ever move out of my apartment I want a normal house I definitely would need a room without many corners... Kind of tired of boxes.

Nice idea, prefabs for the 21st century. You wouldn't have too much trouble selling up either, just move the entire structure to a new site and sell off the land
