Does anyone know where I can get a picture like this from. I've tried some clipart sites but I haven't had much luck. I hope someone can help me?

Oh once you open it in Acrobat make sure to view it at 100%.

It looks like a clip-art thing...
Have you tried drawing it yourself? If you can't draw just trace it in Illustrator or PS

I'm guessing you don't want to pay an illustrator-you could try getty images, they have some illustration
