Just looking through my old favourites (rescued from an old dead harddrive) and remembered that nervousroom used to be quite good.

It was run by some german designers, then it died, now its back again with an annoyingly small font and laid out more like surfstation.lu.
Although most of its news used to be duplicated from elsewhere, it occasionally threw up some gems (usually sites from European photographers).
