By using 302 redirects you can steal someones page rank, It shows up in the toolbar but its not real.

been using babelfish..

it took them 16 days to get a PR of 10, via some sort of script that exploits a vulnerability they wish google to fix (they say it's been open for a year now)

yep just found the article where they explain what they did - 302 redirect exploit

edit: some good writing on the subject by an employee of google
