I rang them and this is what he had to day:

BBC chairman Michael Grade said the fee was the only way to maintain the BBC's current level of service.

he's a Grade A cunt.

How have they maintained the level of service with half of live programming cancelled today?? Surely that's grounds for a refund?

I know, I'm going to shave a bunch of sheep, and have them all loiter around the houses of parliament covered in vaseline, grab my camera and wait for the action

now that would make for some interesting photography..
