It is weird, the only reason I moved here was because I'd just met my wife. But I can honestly say there is nowhere else in the UK I'd rather be. It is also one of the very few cities I'd be entirely happy bringing up a child.

Cheers, Nick. Yeah we'll see, I'll be in London this September trying to sniff around, although I did have a look round flickr for Brighton and it seems my type of place (I love the sea/ocean/beach side life)

We know loads of folks in brighton... and ahem, Hove. In fact, more than we know in Glasgow.

We'll fit in nice. Just never quite had the impetus to move. Happy little life in Scotland.

I've just got a flat down in Brighton, just looking for a job now.

The beach/pier was insane yesterday, the nice weather attracts the londoners it seems.

Just signed a 6 month contract that put my day rate at £1520 per day! Just realised they put the "per day" rate as "per hour".

Just off to the bank, gettin me a mortgage.

They got my day rate and hourly rate confused. So what I usually get paid per day is now per hour!
