Didn't have dinner last night so have just had glorious breakfast. Ham, cheddar and mustard toasted sandwich. Bit of a faff this early in the morning but delicious.

Doing a stupid fucking Dukan diet, said I would do it to help the missus out before our wedding trip to Vegas. It's rubbish, yesterday I had

- Brekkie - a protein shake
- Lunch - 4 slices of ham, a boiled egg and cottage cheese
- Tea - Half a chicken and an egg

One of my mates at work did the Dukan for a similar reason. Unfortunately I sit right next to him and the diet had some very unpleasant gaseous bi-products

I'm sure it does work, but only short term unfortunately. They'll put back on what they lost and more. Shame!

I once did the cucumber diet that supposedly Elizabeth Hurley follows - that was not pleasant. Just lots and lots of little chopped up bits of cucumber, all bloody day.

This morning I gave in to my hangover and got a roll and sausage with some brown sauce. It was glorious.

The only diet that is worth following is the GI diet. Especially if you have weight issues or are diabetic.
