Flickr isn't really the same. Gmail yes. Dropbox yes. It's not revolutionary, but Steve Jobs minions job description probably states you have to talk about what they do like it's a better service than oral sex. I really don't get the hype over syncing your calendar across all devices... it already does. |

iCloud is out now. Update I'd imagine will be available tonight once the US wakes up. I'm gonna move over to iCloud tonight I think. Backing everything up from my MobileMe while I'm at work then will set up iCloud. Hopefully my new phone will come on Friday. THen I won't ven have to mess about with syncing it all with the computer. Just out the box, whack my iCloud details in and it should set up the rest. |

GOlden Master. The final version the developers get. It will be floating about the web. I've heard through my apple grapevine it should be available to the general public at 6pm tonight. |

You'll get one as part of iCloud. You can just turn it off in the settings i believe. |

The update is out October 12th, so today apparently. ps, slightly off topic. I despise programs that don't have a defined window lol, the old Microsoft visual studio used to do what Craig described, the floating window toolbar thing and it drove me nuts. Especially if you have a particularly busy background image on your system. |

Hoorah. Finally got it installed. All my app organisation is messed up though. If your having trouble getting the install to start, it's because their servers are pretty much overloaded. I just tried a few times and eventually it worked. Last edited by b. : Tomorrow at 01:51.
