looks like a modified script font like Commercial or Kuensteler, 'thickened' up and rounded off... looking at the B & L anyway

If its too much effort turning one of those into something similar try something like Bello

I think the B is custom - the rest looks like one of Alejandro Paul's script fonts but I forget.

I think it adds to the vulgarity. It gives us the thought of eating it which makes the acid in your stomach reach even further up your throat. That or he's a bit odd. Especially if he ever intends to use those utencils ever again!
