Must be my lucky day! Expecting the world to treat you fairly because you are good is like expecting the bull not to charge because you are a vegetarian

I bought a new model HP, screen's about 14" diagonal, it has 4 GT memory to run Potatostrainer and video editing prog, and a cupholder in the side. Oh and the fan is so quiet! It even has enough usb sockets. As specialist shops have let me down twice in a row with their specialist equipment which breaks as soon as the guarantee expires, I bought this from a department store and used my customer points card to get €200 off the €899 price tag. I've got an Apple logo left over somewhere from when I bought my iPod, so that can go on it. Oh, it has fingerprint identification which I set up this morning at about four thirty so instead of having to remember my new login name and password at 04:31, I can log in by swiping my finger on the reader. Tip: Steve is always right. —Bishop

You seem pretty chuffed with the whole quiet fan there Steve! My MBP left the depot at 11:08 this morning (I'm able to track it's progress) and 14 hours later it's... nowhere. It didn't end up here, and it apparently didn't get checked in anywhere else. Fuck. I wanted it tonight! |

Foxes, chicken-wire with spiky edges, dead pets, people who don't turn up for meetings and popcorn that his been in the microwave too long. Modern life is rubbish
