Having some 2nd year placement student in the marketing dept. of one of our biggest clients knocking out "layouts" in powerpoint, which I then have to follow because the boss seems too scared to say no to them.

So we're forced to churn out shite, and if we question it we're told "just do it how they want, it doesn't matter they're still paying us" - could be time to start looking for a new job.
