There's a relay box that does the limiting, usually in the fuse box next to the other relays, indicators, hazards, intermittent wipers etc. If the box is still inside the cab have a passenger listen to it go click when you hit 65 and remember which one it is. Slow down, pull it out and away you go

Note: It's been about 7 years since I tried this so technology may have changed - but probably not.

Before the relay box there was a bolt under the throttle pedal, quick spin of the spanner
