My goal is to start up a xbox(for now) Gaming community to rival the major ones that are out there. We have just began getting some top teams on board with the idea. As of right now we have just started the foundation but the future holds limitless possibilities. The problem is me and my partner have little to no knowledge in the website building aspect this.

we will get the members and the Elite teams, along with chasing after sponsorships, everything else except for the site building aspect

So, you need someone to build you a product so that you then have something to sell to people/advertisers?

What are your projected unique visits/advertisement revenue?

What sort of advertisement revenue do the current crop of big sites in this market make?
