am i the only one here that's a student and stuck in a totaly unrelated job?

just for the record, my job is assistant supervisor at a customer care center in the accounts receivable section. people call up, scream at agents them because they're some piece of quebec trailer trash and haven't paid their cell phone bill in 5 months and now everything is suspend. them some fucking agent asshole that's twice my age transfers the call to me since in his "superior" and i can "handle the issue". what fallows is usually a discussion with the custumer on my made up views on social darwinism and how i couldn't fucking care less.

oh and i also get to answer questions from co-workers. and walk around a lot.

only 4 more years for my masters

ha! if only. only venting. i've stopped re-reading what i write since may. besides, i can actually write in french so no one seems find out.

Doubt it, while I was studying I worked in warehouses (I hate all gross generalisations, but warehouse employees, they're a special type of person), at M & S (yawn), and as a bar man (one of my most enjoyable jobs to date, although I'm no sure I did wonders for the profits).

Ah well, I just took a job in big bad ad agency (part time). They're not necessarily evil, just 'pan-european'. So good money 3 days a week, nice projects for the rest :-)
