To answer your question properly, yeah it looks like a similar sort of thing. It is mainly for the motorcycle industry but we are expanding into caravan dealers, haulage trades, car dealers, and apparently plumbing soon!

edit: Their interface looks really nice.

It's all web based, not software. There's another one that sounds similar to sonair systems, but I can't find it on google. They advertise regularly in Computer Arts.

Try this mantra before each call..
