I must say...facebook is really irritating at times but I swear its a great place to socialize. Jus avoid it for some time...you will feel better

It is important to remember that you can simply not use Facebook anymore.
Controversial I know. I am just putting it out there.

I have to say FB lost it's appeal very quickly for me and find I only ever go back to see if any of my ex's have uploaded any more naked pictures of themselves.

I must say I'm getting very fucked-off with Facebook, it's just one giant marketing machine that is increasingly unstable and open to abuse, their privacy policy is also a joke.

But, like you Sub, I'm friends with so many lovely young ladies on there it would be terrible to leave…

Oh yes, I've got quite a few ex girlfriends/one-night-stands on there and some have not turned out pretty, on the other hand, a few of them are looking just as tempting as they ever did, if not more so…

It's starting to piss me off now.

I don't bother using the Live chat, wrote it off straight away as I have had the displeasure of attempting to use web based instant messengers several times in the past. They are all, without exception, fucking shite compared to desktop software like MSN/etc.

The original version of facebook had far less client-side code. I was impressed that I didn't notice anything that required JavaScript - everything seemed to degrade gracefully.
