let's have it -- English slang/colloquialisms/jargon

Stemming from the clarification Brown had to make for me here for lorry, I would like a bit more English slang/colloquialisms/jargon added to my lingo. If you're feeling into it, the meaning would be nice, too. I don't need the obvious ones like bugger, wanker, bollocks, pissed, arsed, etc. I've heard enough here and am comfortable using any of 'em in a sentence.

The latest, for me, is that lorry = truck. yay.

I need to know more...

just for the record, 'lorry' is neither slang, jargon or a colloquialism, it's plain english.

Also, crazy if over there you said, "she liked it in the fanny", that you'd be talking about a totally different area.

actually, close...it's cock blocking.

You're correct on the translation, 'cept it really only applies to dude1 preventing dude 2 from scoring with chick 1.

Touché. You know you like the American accent, and slang -- you wish you could use it. Word dillio. What's up with that, homediddly dogg -- so phat, the American dialect.

I'll admit, though, that it seems like a British accent here in the States make girls of all appearances completely forget to look at the guy and just fawn over his strange uses of Cheers and Mate.
