What is your passion?

So i was out for dinner with my family, it was my grandmother's birthday, and after dinner, my family, and my aunt and uncle were relaxing, have a friendly drink and conversation, when my mom asked me a question which has completely flipped my entire life around.

The question I was asked, and, in turn, what I am asking you is:

If there were NO restrictions in life, if nothing stood in your way, like lack of money, etc, what do you see yourself doing in 5 years?

Bang! Moving to denmark to become a lego technic designer.

So now I'm working with my uncle to make my goal this year, to figure out my life, get on a plane to denmark, spend a couple weeks there, meet and greet, yadda yadda yadda, and hope to eventually make the big score.

And now, its your turn:

Nope. Kids go where their parents go, unless they're old enough to move out!

See thats just it, I am perfectly happy doing what I'm doing now, but after all that I was asked another question, which I will ask you now:

So.... why don't you do it?

by the time i have gone through the extremely expensive education process and done the lackey work to gain experience... i will be cashing in my pension.

i have gutted and rebuilt the flat i live in and am looking at doing a self-build home at some point... that will be enough for me.

EDIT: Mr Chips you muppet.

Well Lego is Danish and someone has to design the model kits. I think it would be a pretty awesome job.

If my life had no restrictions, id probably be a massive mogul, own businesses, make more money, live in a mansion, own my own nascar race team, buy out Nike, invest in ManU and build a better soccer league in America. I would just become an empire builder, forget building lego's, thats for second grade ADD retards with half a brain.

I’d like to paint/illustrate. It’s what I’ve always loved to do and I was actually pretty good at it. In equal parts I’d like to work with children.

I am currently doing neither. Unless you count my own children, which I suppose you technically could, since they are, in fact, children. Only now they’re watching T.V. so nobody’s working with anything. Except the television is working on their brain cells in a way that’s probably detrimental.

Guess I could work on this.

Um, someone get this fucking child out of my thread. Unbelievable. Not only is that mildly offensive, but completely unfounded.

You sir, are the ADD Retard with half a brain.

Go read a book, or a comic book if words aren't your thing.

No restrictions? I'd be living on a beach in SE Asia, kayaking with my boy every day, and generally relaxing.

People be getting "dream" mixed up with "passion"

My "dream" is to bang a million hot sluts with my boy Hugh Hefner, but my passion is another thing completely

ok, sitting on the carribean coast of Costa Rica smokin' weed everyday and surfing, playin' reggae everynight. By then I would imagine my dreads will be down to my butt.

I could do that today (already have land there) but I don't want to raise my kids there, so me and the wife gotta wait, but only 15 years until the youngest is 18! I guess that's the answer to "why don't you do it now" Kids gotta come first...

lol, whoooo, building legos and being a lego mechanic sounds quite fag. if you were to have a true passion, you know for sure it wouldnt be to tuck your shlong underneath your legs and run to denmark to go fulfill a lame passion. what i stated wasnt a dream, its a passion of what i do in the real world, so irregardless, get off my nuts.

Also, one more jab because you sound like you're 12:
If your "passion" in the real world was to troll internet forums behind some "big" and "scary" fake internet persona, while failing at basic English grammar and spelling, then you win sir. You've won the game of life.

Ive only seen you start nothing but arguments with me on this forum, so im guessing the only kid acting 12 is you good sir. Its sad that you would sit there and try to act bad behind your computer screen and try to sound smart. Im not here to battle you for intelligence, as i see you have none. and since when did you become the grammar police? No one cares robocop.
