You sure. It's my girlfriends 21st as i mentioned earlier this weekend. Me being the arse that i am haven't really organised anything for her. Feel like a prick now as it turns out she's had my birthday planned and paid for for about year. (my birthday isn't till October) This ended up is in us having a massive fight and her saying it was over. So in short I've ruined her 21st, we're a bit dodgy still and I'm desperately hoping I can redeem my self by proposing to her while we're on holiday and having a great night out this weekend. (I know we're already engaged but she proposed to me and i won't feel like a man until i do it myself) Just another day in paradise. |

If she's said it's over, you should call her bluff mate. She'll keep doing it otherwise. You should walk away, she'll come running. Lucky you didn't blow that 14 large on disneyland paris. oh yeah, some of that arts alright BTW, never been sure of video art, but you can see the works gone in, especially like "tundra" and "emerge", can't stand the one of him popping balloons with that pin mask. |

yeah. We're okish now just need to make sure her birthday is OK this weekend. Then we have a 2 week holiday at the end of this month so it should be a good test to see how we get on. Just fucking hard when you love someone. |

Call me old fashioned but when was not organising a party for your partner grounds for splitting up? I've no idea what kind of relationship you have with your girlfriend but I'd be inclined to do as stuntman suggested and call her bluff. I'd also go a step further and tell her you wanted to keep her Birthday celebrations low-key to keep it romantic - or - to save for your long term future together. You've got to establish respect ealy in a relationship (both on your part and hers) otherwise arguments like this will happen time and again. Oh yeah, most of the 'art' on that site is shite BTW K "I&ORQ" B

It's not that that she was splitting up with me for. THat just caused an argument to start with which tumbled out of control. It's a long boring story. Basically my gf is quite high maintenance at times but she's getting better. Plus she doesn't get on great with her family so a lot of the time I have to suffer her bad moods. It's all good just having a bad moody week with each other. I'm sure you all have arguments with your other halves |
