yes, the sites are similar, and yes it looks like he's "borrowed" a couple of graphics.

But personally I think he'e done just enough, but only just, for it to be definitely different.

And it would be resonable to tackle the guy about those points.

But it wouldn't be resonable to expect him to take down the parts of it which are his and have not been copied as far as I can see.
