Shoreditch probably has the highest percentage of talent per sq meter in the country...

...but I find it quite funny as nearly all feel they are rock an roll & off the wall, but really they are all the same, almost identical clones.

850 quid a month for a one bedroom flat is nasty - expected for the location though unfortunately.

I pay $1300 (about 680 quid) a month to rent a 5 bedroom detached house with huge gardens front and back. Other bills, gas, electric, car payments, insurance, cable, internet, phone etc. bring that up to around $3k though.

Not being in the city helps the price remain low but I'm only a 20 minute drive from Philadelphia and 2 hours from Manhattan (NYC). The best bit is an 11 minute commute
