That eye (mine) is so pixellated that close up, you can't really see what it is. But since there's a window opposite, behind me, and I live on the ground floor, from outside it does look genuinely creepy. I want to dissuade the youngsters from hanging off my windowsill behind my back, scare 'em off with the evil eye!
Since it's in a big glass frame, I can watch what's going on behind me in the reflection.

Yeah it's that geek tool thing. Just displays the console output. It's more useful than you might think.
