I have to say this, I am eating a mango right now and it is the strangest thing I've ever tasted. It's good but wierd at the same time. Sorta tastes like a pine tree at first, sweet like honey, kinda stringy in parts, smells a little like a pumpkin. The skin is horrible and tart. I can't stop eating it because it's so strange I'm trying to figure out if I really like it or not. I've had it grilled before and I loved it. But this fresh off the knife thing is super strange. |

Mango is a little like pineapple and pears in that the tinned version is VASTLY more enjoyable than the fresh version. And mushy peas are best from the tinned ones. Prolly the only way to make 'em. My free fonts www.utfi.net

mangos are the shit, i live in hawaii and neighbor's houses have mango trees and we try to steal them when they are ripe. wtfbbq, you aren't supposed to grill em. fresh is the only way. us filipinos also enjoy them before they are ripe, sliced up and dipped in fish sauce. nom nom nom* |

mmmm mango salsa get them ripe from a grocers - pref. asian supermarket type affair where you can usually buy them by the box for a couple of quid rather than the prematurely picked unripe shite they peddle in tesco et al for 2 quid each... meh.

"have you ever seen mushy peas growing fresh" No, but I've been served a foul version made from frozen peas! Some people just don't geddit. btw the proper way to make mushy peas is to soak dried peas for 24h and then simmer them with some pork fat for a coupla hours. My free fonts www.utfi.net
