just saw a ghost in my pub cellar. No joke. Was about to turn the light on and then there was a smallish glowing orb with a womans face in it. Clear as day. The garden of our pub used to be used as a hanging tree. I can't go into the cellar alone now. Some of the barmaids have got pictures.

Any similar experiences?

Ghosts eh? A wierd one... I'm pretty cynical, don't believe in UFO's, demons, God - all that bollocks, and neither does my father... yet he claims he saw a ghost as a boy in the Welsh farm he grew up in, an old man sitting in a corner of their front room one night. My local is supposed to be haunted as well (its seriously fucking old), its got a little storeroom sealed up in one corner thats called 'Ethels cupboard' - I've seen nothing, maybe I'll get hammered one night and ask if I can sleep over.

I see ghosts too. :S I wear sun glasses at night. It helps block them out. Never seen an orb though.

I lived in a pub when I was a youngster - we had a ghost there as well, why do all the ghosts knock about in pubs I wonder ?
