It's an entirely different matter who really pays that.
I wouldn't mind paying if we had a quality public broadcaster like BBC but YLE just shows crap shows for old people and barely has any production of their own. The good channels are all ad funded so I'll rather spend the 212€ on beer.

I'd love to see how Occupier vs Liberator would have done if those billboards were anywhere other than in the U.S.

technically we are over populated (I think) compared to usa

us pop: 301,886,000
us sm: 3,718,695

uk pop: 61,100,835
uk sm: 94,526

us sm devided by uk sm = 39
39 times uk pop = 2,382,932,565

compare to US pop where overcroweded quite a bit.

jp pop: 127,433,494
jp sm: 145,840

us sm devided by jp sm = 2069
2069 times jp sm = 301,886,000
Japan fits perfectly into Japan.

Japan is massively overpopulated. Bear in mind that the vast majority of the country is uninhabitable mountain ranges.

^ Your real world sounds not-real. But very nice.

Edit: There's already a way to do this... not legally mind you...

BBC America is mostly pus. Top Gear is about the only good show on atm :/ I'd gladly pay a licence fee to get the real BBC over here.

BBC World is also pretty much a 24/7 service about why we should be nice to muslims. Presented by attractive ladies of Arab extraction. Zaineb Badawi - phwooahh! I'd give 'er one!
