I totally agree that it'd look great on a white topman tshirt, it's trendy in an 80's fashion way, and 'attitude' that really is 80's, everything seemed to have to have attitude, but now I think for it's purpose it doesn't convey the olympics, unless the olympics is for fashion officianados. Nice logo, not for it's intended purpose though. |

I thought the candidate logo was the logo they were using. Not this pile of bollocks. I could have done this for £400!!!!! :p I hope this is a really late april fools. Okso I watched the video and the idea of it never being static and always changing colour is good, but the shape of it is bollocks and the colours used aren't even the olympic colours, which they should be. The colours are there for a reason and personally, I would give them a better design for free just so the UK don't look like a load of twats with no design sense. There is no chance in hell that a colourful logo (of all things) will get little fat kids off their arse away from the telly and outside playing football. Nobody is that naive. This is a classic example of an organisation expecting a logo will solve all their problems and really "embody and encapsulate" what they are all about. The new 2012 emblem will use the Olympic spirit to inspire everyone and reach out to young people. Bollocks. Bollocks. Bollocks. --- |

Wolff Olins have just updated their website then, conveniently timed, I'm sure. They have done it again, they’ve got us all talking about something they’ve done, and they’ll probably do a good job with the whole thing. They've had the nackers to think diffirently. They’re not always right, but you have to admire their spirit. |

I think its a good move. the video looks like a lot of work to complete. Who knows, maybe they let the logo out a bit early, I mean theres still 4 bloody years to go. Good and bad, will certainly grow on people from now. although yes it does look like lisa simpson giving bart a blowjob |
