This may seem kind of petty but i just noticed a website that covers similar topics to mine seems to be copy pasting the titles of blog/news updates from my site. I am certain its not coincidence because it has happened twice now and the titles are on average 7-8 words long making the odds of it just being coincidence pretty much impossible and the letter casing is also exactly the same. I word my titles/link urls carefully to maintain a reasonable position on the first page of Google for searches related to my site while still making them appear interesting and conherant. This guy's site seems to be creeping up on my page rank mainly due to the fact he's stealing my work, be it in a very minor way.

Would it be petty to contact him (or if he's not compliant, his host) about this? I know It's a small thing but It's annoying and not fair.
