I'm not saying its a crap site (the adobe site is quite nice), what I am saying is the only things actually different are the principle colours in essence.

The dude should be tortured for this plagarism (which I am sure it is).

PS - its bloody 29 degrees in my office....hot like a blasted oven!! We are one degree short of going home!

So its just me then (I've walked into this question fellas)...

Similarity ok....copying and just changing the colours....that is an excuse for "similarity"...

...its put to bed - obviously personal opinion.
