coo...........I hope they don't make it that fugly brushed metal thing tho, cuz I've used it in iTunes and Safari 'n' stuff and it's just tells me that they've used 5 year old techniques....dunno.........didn't think it looked very good then, and doesn't look very good now =\

apparently itll look like this (pic from spymac.com)

not really a big change and i imagine the logos on products will stay the same flat style, not really news but then neither was that MS chat room stuff and that got on the BBC

I'd much rather they went with a more transparent (clear) plastic look. The metal one seem so... so... [sniff]..unfeeling!

i see, its a bit like applele. dont like the sphere idea, its abit scary.

a new g4 cube would be good, in lovely aluminium with a decent price. i suppose the lcd imac as pretty much taken the same market though.

and thats our 500gig xserve with a PC thing above it and burgandy 300gig raid next to it

A guy i used to work with uses a bunch of xserves as a rendering farm.

well, weve only the one. im after an xserve RAID but alas i think its unlikely.

its been up for 74 days so far, but i really need to reboot it after doing the 10.2.8 upgrade via ssh. ive left it a weekish so far since the upgrade
