It wasn't quite that simple, Dave.

You clearly had a bug up your ar*e about Aaron (and vice versa) and you let it appear too often in your posts.
Had you simply resolved it early on in private or simply bit your tongue about it, you'd probably still be there.
As it was, you couldn't/didn't, ergo... you go.
It would have been better had you and he sorted out whatever issues there are between you (via PMs if necessary).

At the end of the day, when you start banging heads with a mod in that way you're likely to come off the loser (as far as membership of the forum goes).
I'm not saying it's big or clever to ban someone rather than resolve the situation, but it's an option they have that you don't.

Fwiw, it was a unilateral action by Aaron, but one that has generally been accepted as beneficial to the forum by the other mods who've been keeping an eye on precedings. (I actually haven't)

I sincerely hope (for your sake more than anything else) that this thread isn't the first sign of an ongoing series of pot shots at Designate/Aaron/...

I trust you recognise that this would be a mistake.

What do you mean I only asked you what the font was you used for the logo and if possible could I have a copy???

This is not a tread for me starting anything else against Aaron or DO, I have PM'ed Aaron to say that we BOTH have to stop the rants on the forums and I have appolagised.

Thanks for the comments, I know it was a bit harsh but me and Aaron go way back. Things just got a little personal thats all.

Dave - I dont think it was anywhere near as simple you're making out about the DO ban.

I personally wasn't happy at all about the situation which contributed to it (you know what I'm talking about) so I would just let it drop if I was you. Theres no need to go on about DO on this board.
