Hi,

Ever have that problem when you have seen a site you like and then forgotten to bookmark it?

Well I found a site that I like the design of, particularly because it had swatches of colors down both sides of the page. If anyone remembers that site could they ease my sanity and post the link, because I just can't find it anywhere.

To be honest mate I come on this site to ask a genuine question, harmless, And all I generally seem to get is half answers by people who can't really be bothered to answer the question. So then I think why bother even posting.

Do you see what I mean. Its not just your comment, its alot of people's comments, there seems to be an attitude of "do you know who I am", and because I hide behind a fake name I can pretty much do what I want.

I mean if I was at a web conference and you were there and I asked you a question, would you reply with a smart arse comment? Probably not, so why do it here?

It doesn't help anyone.

with over a billion websites on the internet, how the hell are we supposed to know the site that has colours down both sides

Dont call them Chester Romans. When i was a kid I was loving that stuff. Getting my own armour and being shown how to wipe your arse roman style

Listen mate, it wasn't a stupid question, I gave as much info as I could remember, and I was hoping that someone would remember something like what was thinking of. What do you want the document type declaration, whether or not there was javascript on there. If you didn't know then do something else with you time. Jesus Christ, it was a wonderment and if no one had any idea then no fucking problem, if someone in a pub goes:

"did you see that film the other day, it was like this and like that, can you remember what it was called"

That was all I was doing. So thanks for your input i'll ask google!

For everyone else, it wasn't any of those sites you mentioned. It was more a design decoration rather than just about colors. I remember the bg being of a dark grey.
