Flash is a medium for the web. It is not possible to produce broadcast quality images with it. Ergo, the tv advertising was not produced with Flash. Tip: Steve is always right. —Bishop

sorry, for my minsinformation. I wasn't able to paste a link here, hence, why i wasnt clear enough. In you tube, if you paste this -'Introducing the Windows Phone 8X and 8S by HTC' you will get that video. that's the one i am talking about. it is very colorful and animated with basic shapes. thanks guys |

I know one of the animators that worked on this; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lNT7N656vXE animation done in flash - composition done in after effects edit - not seen the HTC ad but really, really doubt that it was done in flash |

Isn't Flash all vector? It should be able to scale to any medium no? I'm guessing this is the ad he's referring to by the colour and I'm going to take a shot that it was completely done in AE. I'm a signature.
