I have 9 thumbnails that when hovered over will not only fade into their natural state (full saturation) but also load the thumbnails full size counterpart to the right of the group. The attached gif should show what I mean more clearly. The gallery will only have the 9 images so there is no need for it to be dynamic or consists of any xml (as far as I know). Any help would be great thanks.

ps Ive been searching google for about 2 days and have yet to find anything similar to this. Ive been told by some people that this would be quite easy to accomplish, especially since it is static, however I have yet to find someone who is willing to help :s
