I want to re-learn flash

I'm a print designer that is thinking about trying picking up some digital work. I started out in multimedia, so I am familiar with basic-ish flash. So my question is this, where should I begin to learn flash again? I've got some ideas for my portfolio site and some other things so i guess that could be a project to work on... Also what sort of flash skills would I need to be able to confidently get some work?

did that make sense?

gotoandlearn.com offers a stunning collection of tutorial screencasts with project file downloads. I stay tuned for new stuff via their rss feed.

Actionscript.org is worth a bookmark too.
