I can write a little As2.0 codes, but I think AS3 is such different from AS2, Many methods I never heard, for example, flash.display.displayObject,import flash.display.MovieClip,import flash.events.MouseEvent........

So how should I start?

there are plenty of books on the subject, so maybe start with one of them.

i started with lynda.com's book on actionscript.. very good book to start with and should get you off the ground running and then develop what you know by reading colin moock's book 'essential actionscript 3' the cookbook's not bad either
