Im not so familiar with Flash. Can someone run me through the steps of getting a player on my site? I have 3 videos I would like to get on there. I have cs3 but am unsure what to do from here, if someone could run the steps by me that would be awesome.

buy some books and get ready to learn some scripting

or throw away flash cs3 and just use JW FLV Player
