Ok, I have been posting on numerous forums trying to get this and I think it may be impossible because nobody has answered on any of the foums.

There are three problems with the fla I am posting.

1. I need the background on the object resizing to stay the same and not look all mest up. It should be obvious what I mean when you download it.

2. I need the center of the background to change (the color that is blue on the content box and I need the navigation to change, this will be loaded from an xml file so it will need to be dynamic.

3. The beginning of an xml setup, or at least a fade in and out of text that can be set to be dynamic but isn't yet.

If you also want to organize, as long as you don't mess anything up I am happy with that.
