4 or 5?
Since i'm having quite a few problems designing my site for Flash 4 i'm considering just doing it in flash 5? does anyone know the figures for the amounts of people who have a Flash 5 plug-in installed on their browsers. i've seen the info at some point in the past but i've forgotten where ::: TC Magazine :::

MM Flash Player Version penetration stats: http://www.macromedia.com/software/p...netration.html Maybe I'm just a bit too cycnical, but I'd be inclined to use the figures as a ballpark rather than concrete data. I can't help thinking that MM *might* be inclined to massage the stats in favour of making themselves and their plugin appear more popular and subsequently more appealing to those considering them as a development option. |

ah, i knew i'd seen it somewhere. it looks like if i'm not careful i may alienate between 0.4 and 0.7% of my audience if i switch to flash 5. i think i can just about cope with that ::: TC Magazine :::
