flash website guide. Please Help

hello,

I have created the main base of a flash website and the buttons etc..

I would like to know how i can get a specific part of a website to change for eg)

on a flash website when you click a link the whole page does not load again. The only part which changes is the main content itself with some special effects while showing the background.

How do i create this effect? i know i have to create a seperate swf file for this and import it, but once i import it all the frames are there etc when i would just like it to be on a different level of a document.

But then i have another problem! I cant see the swf file which i put on a different level so i can manually move it around the page onto where i would like it to go.

If i have done something wrong or i assume the wrong thing what can i do?

Could you please let me know the basics of making a flash website?

ie)

1) create the base
2) Make seperate swf files for music etc.....
3) how to import it?
4) blah blah

Thanks.

I am trying to get myself to create a fully flash working website within this week. All help is appreciated.

Unamed.
