When you export a flash file as an .exe - how would one go about changing the icon form the default flash one ?

use jester on pc. there are hundreds of flash exe moding programs.

or make the icon in photoshop, save as bmp, rename to .ico then create an autorun.inf file and put the info in there

or if your company is willing to invest a bit of money, get your hands on MDM Zinc, which extends all the capabilities of Flash, including various publish settings such as an icon for your EXE
