Learning Actionscript book recommendations?

Hiya, the title is pretty self-explanatory I think. I am just learning actionscript, could anyone suggest some books that are good at teaching actionscript or are there any good online courses anyone can recommend?
Thanks in advance

cheers

Thanks guys, looks like I'll get hold of this then. As well as learning from books could anyone recommend any good online courses? The macromedia unviersity seems to be mostly access to their training archive. is there anything along the lines of a structured course that's any good or am i best off with my nose in the books and using online tutorials?

Any other tips on how best to go about learning actionscript much appreciated, ta

thanks for yr help
