I want to create a default flash file which loads in external swfs into the movie. I need to have it show a loader while the other flash is coming in.. ive searched google but the tutorials are crap - any help?

just put the loader in the files you are loading in
are you saying you dont know how to load movies?

thats the thing, i dont want an individual loader in every file, i want one file that has a loader, and when it loads a movie, it uses that

the file that has the loader will have nothing in it to begin with, it only has content in it by loading external flash movies

have the loader as an external file thats imported into the external file when its imported in to the main file.

simple.
