Receptionist / Office Administrator

Salary £11k + dependant upon experience

Based in Leeds, Coolpink develop highly effective web, eCommerce and online marketing solutions for some of the regions leading businesses.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join our busy, rapidly expanding team in the role of receptionist / office administrator.

Duties will be many and varied, but will include:
· Handling incoming phone traffic
· Greeting visitors in an appropriately welcoming manner
· Arranging meetings and refreshments
· Organising post
· Admin support for project teams, account managers etc
· Assisting with preparation of presentations, exhibitions and proposals
· General office admin (stationary, expenses etc)

Media / Web experience is not essential, but as the key point of contact for new and existing clients you will need to be of smart appearance, have excellent telephone and interpersonal skills, good general IT / typing skills and have at least 6 months experience in a busy office environment.

Oh yes, almost forgot, but a sense of humour, coupled with the ability to work in a noisy, bustling environment will also come in handy!

Business Development Executive

OTE £32k + (uncapped commission)

Based in Leeds, Coolpink develop highly effective web, eCommerce and online marketing solutions for some of the regions leading businesses.
We are currently looking for an additional enthusiastic and talented person to join our business development team. The role involves:

· Generating new business opportunities
· Managing existing accounts / client relationships
· Developing proposals and solutions, working alongside our creative and technical teams
· Overseeing of client projects throughout production process

Media / Agency / Web experience is desirable but not essential, but as a key point of contact for new and existing clients you will need to be of smart appearance, have excellent telephone, interpersonal and sales skills.
