I'm a webprogrammer, but I have a website that I am enhancing for something very important and my regular webdesigner is MIA, so I would like to have a clean template by a professional web design tech, as my expertise is in PHP, MySQL, etc, not in webpage design

I'm not seeking a cheap designer, I'm seeking a quality designer who will present quality work.

I need just one template (as in no needed to write out all the different pages) that I would edit and add dynamic content to later.
